RULE 72 OBJECTION TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE’S ORDER DATED APRIL 18, 2018
Pursuant to Rule 72(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, (collectively “Defendants”) respectfully object to the non-dispositive order (“Order”) entered by the Magistrate Judge on April 18, 2018. ECF No. 81. Defendants respectfully move for the opportunity to file its response in opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion to Amend the Scheduling Order (ECF No. 79) in the time permitted by the Rules governing the Motion in order to allow this Court to consider said filing in determining whether to amend the Scheduling Order in this matter.
