Midwest Machinery Co., a Deere dealership in central Minnesota announced it has finalized an agreement to acquire 2 multi-location dealerships: Frontier Ag & Turf and SEMA Â鶹app Inc. 

Frontier Ag & Turf consists of 3 locations in Wisconsin: New Richmond, Turtle Lake and Osceola, and 4 locations in Minnesota: Hastings, Rosemount, Cannon Falls and Columbus.

SEMA Â鶹app Inc. consists of 6 locations in Minnesota: Grand Meadow, Plainview, St. Charles, Wanamingo, Northfield and Caledonia.

The SEMA Â鶹app and Frontier Ag & Turf locations began  operating as Midwest Machinery Co. on Jan. 1, 2022.
