United Ag & Turf NE, LLC, has acquired Theriault Â鶹app in Presque Isle, Maine, along with other New England John Deere businesses.
The merger brings United Ag & Turf’s footprint to 63 John Deere Ag & Turf stores, plus an additional 14 locations of John Deere Construction & Forestry dealerships operated by its sister company, United Construction & Forestry.
The acquisition adds approximately 100 additional employees to United Ag & Turf NE. United also gained locations in Vermont, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. (Source: The County)
Quality Â鶹app, LLC, has acquired Wilmington Lawn & Leisure. The acquisition brings Quality Â鶹app’s network to 29 stories in North Carolina and one in Virginia.
