Kubota North America Corporation (KNA) has announced key leadership transitions following the Kubota Corporation Board meeting in Osaka. Effective July 1, 2025, Todd Stucke, current President of Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC), will assume new responsibilities in Japan as Deputy General Manager of both the Farm and Industrial Machinery Consolidated Division and the Customer Solutions Division at Kubota Corporation (KBT). Stucke will remain connected to KTC as Chairman, retain his role as Sr. Vice President of KNA, and continue serving on its Executive Board.

Alex Woods, a 25-year Kubota veteran and current head of Supply Chain Management at KNA, will succeed Stucke as President of KTC.
