Scottsbluff, NE & Lexington, KY – September 16, 2025 — WB Global Services, an off-highway consulting firm headquartered in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, announces the opening of an office in Lexington, Kentucky. This expansion is facilitated through a strategic partnership with Russ Green, founder of MACKAYBEN LLC, a transitional leadership network that specializes in developing leaders in the agriculture and food systems sectors.

Founded by industry veteran Wayne Brozek, WB Global Services offers comprehensive consulting services to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), retail dealer organizations, and off-highway business operations across North America. With a growing international presence, Brozek brings more than three decades of experience to his clients, including strategic projects in South America and Australia. Wayne’s firm is widely recognized for its depth of knowledge in the off-highway equipment sector, offering services such as channel development, dealer network optimization, after-sales performance improvement, and market entry strategy.

This LMS will contain multiple leadership lessons for the 20-year-old entering the workplace, the 40-year-old assuming their first supervisory or mentorship role, and the 60-year-old who could be in a transitional phase, passing the leadership of their business to the next generation. WBGS is collaborating with two Midwest universities in the development of this LMS.
