Omni USA Consolidates Its Brands
Omni USA, the parent firm for Omni Gear, RPM Drivelines, GB Transmissions, FloTorq Hydraulics, and Magelec Propulsion, has consolidated its brands under a new organizational name—Omni Powertrain Technologies.
The change addresses the growing interdependence of the firm’s separate technologies to offer complete solutions for modern powertrains.
CEO Jeff Daniel said the move reflects a transition away from being a provider of components and toward a provider of powertrain solutions.
