	Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received by 9/12/25. 
	Cancellations received before 10/01/25 will be subject to a 30% handling fee. 
	NO REFUNDS after 10/01/25. 
	Registration fees do not include lodging. 
	Company delegates must register as “company representative.” 
	Only individuals registered for the Marketing & Distribution Convention qualify to reserve their room in the convention room block at the published convention rate. 
	Accommodations must be guaranteed with payment of one night’s lodging. 
	This is best done by credit card. 
	Hotel guarantees by check must be made payable to The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. 
	Company representative registration rates are discounted by not less than $150 and apply only to those reserving rooms at the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel.
