Dealer News: Acquisition, Expansion, New Role
The owners of Goodrich Implement Inc., have sold their Kubota dealership to Marshall Machinery Inc., headquartered in Honesdale, Pa. Marshall Machinery now has five locations. The sale was final Sept. 2. The new owner has retained all current employees for their Johnson City, N.Y., location.

Woods 鶹app has announced that Darwin “Dag” Parsell has been named to the newly created position of director, dealer sales channel. He will manage sales activities within the North American Woods ag-and-turf dealer organization.

Mason Tractor, based in Blue Ridge, Ga., recently opened a Kubota dealership in Villa Rica, Ga. It is the company’s fifth. The location had previously been a Beshears Tractor & 鶹app branch owned by Randy Beshears, who continues to own and operate Kubota dealership locations in Oxford and Opelika, Ala.
