Mooove Over Almonds, Potato ‘Milk’ is Here

There’s oat, almond, coconut, and soy. There’s even ā€œmilkā€ made out of peas, hemp, and sesame. But the latest plant-based alternative making headlines: potato milk.

A Swedish company is selling the drink in three varieties: original, barista, and unsweetened. It has positioned itself in this crowded market as gentler on the environment. It requires 50 times less water than almond milk and is twice as efficient as oats in a land-use category.
